Plan for HighEnd 2016

Greetings,

SOtM will attend and exhibit at High End 2016,Germany.
The show is starting from 5th, to 8th, May and our demo room is in Hall2, G07 with Soundkaos.

 For the show, SOtM planned to make a debut of sMS-200 for the first time in the world, it will be  demoed at the show site with ROON and bring many attention for sure, also other latest products such as dCBL-CAT7 and iSO-CAT6 Special Edition will be showing and demoing officially through this chance with sMS-1000SQ Windows Edition and ROON.

All SOtM products will be demoed or on static displaying with Soundkaos from Swiss, the main demo system will be played with their first baffle speaker, Libération ! This combination will prove what the high end audio system is and what sound would be suitable for the high end audio system.

Please check the products list for demonstration and displaying for the show, we will make the show successful and do our best as always.

– Defective items
 If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please email us with the order number, digital photo(s) and detailed descriptions of the damaged or defective item(s) within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused.
 If we authorize a return, we will provide you a return information including our shipping address and then you can send the damaged or defective items to us. The damaged/defective item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).
 If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
 If you want to refund for non-defective item(s), we will charge restocking fee of 30% and you will receive a refund excluding 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
 Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by paypal sending money or paypal partial refund and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Registered Air Mail.
