tX-USBultra
You may have heard someone say or said yourself something like “it sounds analog” or “it sounds musical” when listening to a very good sound.
Such expressions have been used to describe sound that is close to the real charm in an actual performance stage or that is instead expressed in musical nuances. However, whether it is the former or the latter expressions, the meaning of these expressions could only make sense when the feelings of a very dedicated and dynamic live performance reach our ears and touch our minds.
However, with most audio systems it is very difficult to experience such charm or musical nuances, and in fact even it is even hard to reach such sound with ultra high-end audio systems.
So SOtM, to overcome such situations, has been developing from the SATA filters, the tX-USB card series and other equipment since people first started getting into computer audio. These have settled in to being essential parts of digital audio nowadays, but still it is a fact that there is a lot to overcome to improve sound quality.
Facing up to this fact, the tX-USBUltra is designed to reach to the goal of improved sound quality. It works as a hub receiving and distributing USB audio signals, but regenerating the USB AUDIO signal by the high-performance super clock module, sCLK-EX, installed inside to the product, so that sound could be superior to any other USB audio product .
The mid-low range sounds very deep, detailed and earnest, the high range sounds extremely delicate and open, and the very low range gives you transparency you have never heard before and gives you a very natural and solid texture of performance.
The sound improvements with tX-USBUltra can be heard out even in an ultra high-end audio system, it can simply be judged as the best USB audio device up to date.
Whatever is, it is very difficult to go beyond any limit in any field. At the heart of this product is the built-in super clock, sCLK-EX, which has been developed over the years, allowing you to experience a whole new range of sound and introduce you to go beyond the sound.
The tX-USBultra would show how to upgrade the sound quality and improve the dignity of music by in-depth research into advanced audio technology.

FAQ
I’m already using the sCLK-EX or sMS-200Ultra, the tX-USBultra will bring the better result?
Yes, even though the sCLK-EX is installed into the host device as like a PC , server and player or CD player, sMS-200, etc, the signal is transferred through the tX-USBultra again and it brings much detailed sound solution. And such reason, tX-USBultra is highly recommended to use all USB audio devices.
What is the master clock option?
The master clock connector is going to be installed to sync the external master clock(10MHz) such as Rubidium clock and connected by 50ohm BNC cable.
What is an optional 12.0Vdc?
The tX-USBultra requires 6.5 ~ 9 voltages. But if your power supply provides over 9V, you can change the standard power requirement to the optional 12.0V, and then you can use above 9V ~ 12V power to tX-USBultra.
The 12.0V power option doesn’t provide the 9V/2A wall adapter in the package.
Please be noted, if you change the standard power to 12.0V power option, the power supply which outputs upto 9V is not recommended to use, because of some malfunction could be caused.
Is there a compatible issue?
Nothing has been reported till now. We will update the news if there is any.
The driver installation is required?
Not at all. Without installing the driver, the tX-USBultra is recognized and operating on Windows /Linux / Mac OS.
Can I use 2 USB ports at the same time?
If you use 2 x USB output ports at the same time, sound might be degraded, so that we recommend using 1 x USB output port.
