Is there compatibility issue with SATA 3 devices?
The SATA Filter II has imcompatibiblity issue with the most SATA 3 devices, but by removing the SATA signal line completely on SATA Filter III, the imcompatibility issue from SATA Filter II has been solved.
So if you want to use SATA 3 devices, you can use SATA flter III.
