Return & Refund

 SOtM shop guarantees that you will be satisfied with our products and services. We don’t want our customer suffered by any loss. We will do our best to satisfy our customer.
 If the product that you purchased is defective or malfunction, you can return the product.
 When you receive any defective item, please contact and notify us immediately.
 We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

 Return Policy

– Defective items
 If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please email us with the order number, digital photo(s) and detailed descriptions of the damaged or defective item(s) within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused.
 If we authorize a return, we will provide you a return information including our shipping address and then you can send the damaged or defective items to us. The damaged/defective item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).
 If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
 If you want to refund for non-defective item(s), we will charge restocking fee of 30% and you will receive a refund excluding 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
 Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by paypal sending money or paypal partial refund and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Registered Air Mail.
 No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as Express Mail or Next Day Air services.
 If the package was returned by a shipment method other than Registered Air Mail, SOtM shop reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a Registered Air Mail shipment.
 Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will be provided.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to proceed a return.
 We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier(Registered Air Mail )and we are not responsible for lost of returns.

– Unopened, in Original Packing and in Good Condition
 You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs. SOtM shop is not responsible for the shipping cost.
 Please email us within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with return information including return address to send the returning items to us. These items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
 Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost as paypal refund.
 If the item is opened or is not in its original packing or in good condition, we will charge the restocking fee of 30% and you will receive a refund excluding 30% restocking fee and our shipping cost.
 Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.

– Refund before shipping
 If you cancel your transaction before shipping, we will refund wholly. After shipping, we do not refund.

– Refund for Damaged/Defective item(s)
 If you received the damaged or defective item(s) and obtained an authorization for returns, you can return damaged/defective item(s) and request the refund to us.
 And if we find the defect after we receive and examine the item(s), we will ship the replacement or refund at your request. If you want to refund for damaged/defective item(s), we will refund wholly and pay the return shipping cost.
If you want to refund for non-defective item(s), we will charge the restocking fee of 30% and we will refund excluding 30% restocking fee and our shipping cost.

– Refund for item(s) Unopened, in Original Packing and in Good Condition
 If you return item(s) and we receive item(s), we will test and examine it at first.
 And if we receive item(s) unopened, in Original Packing and in Good Condition, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost. If item is opened or is not in its original packing or in good condition, we will charge the restocking fee of 30% and you will receive a refund excluding 30% restocking fee and our shipping cost.
