I am writing to inform you that your shipment of the order will be delayed for a few more days.
Unfortunately, our factory hasn’t been completed the chassis in schedule, so the chassis hasn’t come in our stock yet, eventually we can’t complete making the product finally. Still our team is struggling to get the chassis as earliest as possible, but our factory could confirm the re-schedule of the chassis on coming Monday.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are expecting your shipment to go out within the next 7-14 days. We will notify you one day before your shipment is to be sent, and also inform you the reschedule for the chassis once we could confirm the reschedule from our factory.

We are all trying to expedite the schedule of chassis to be came in our stock, and working over the weekend. We will keep updating the schedule and news once we would finalize the plan.
