3. Security<\/span>
\n In order to obtain some services of the Site, You may need to create an account. You may never use another person’s account without his permission. When creating Your account, You must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping Your account password secure, and You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under Your user name. You must notify SOtM shop\u00a0immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account. \n SOtM shop reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any User Submission or any other information as it reasonably believes is necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) enforce these Terms, including investigation of potential violations of it, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of SOtM shop, its users and the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Advertisements<\/span>
\n You understand and agree that gooddigitalshop.com may display advertisements and\/or other information adjacent to and related to the User Submission that You upload on public folders.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Account Inactivity<\/span>
\n SOtM shop\u00a0reserves the right to close or disable and or delete content stored in a user’s account if the user has not signed in to the account for 90 days.\u00a0SOtM shop\u00a0will notify the user by email of this impending action 10 business days before closing or disabling the account.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Indemnification<\/span>
\n You agree to hold harmless and indemnify SOtM shop, against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) Your use of the Site and\/or Services; (ii) Your violation of these Terms; (iii) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of Your User Submissions caused damage to a third party.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Counter-Notification<\/span>
\n If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake, and that you have the right to post the material, you may elect to send us a counter notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Choice<\/span>
\n You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to us. The notices we will provide where we collect Personal Information on the Site should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit most of the Site, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve our interaction with you including but not limited to uploading files or posting comments.<\/span><\/p>\n
